01Who is responsible

The controller responsible for personal data processed through this site is:

Entity
[legal entity name — placeholder]
Address
[registered address — placeholder]
Email
[contact email — placeholder]
Data protection
[data controller contact or data protection officer — placeholder, if required]

Throughout this policy, “Concord”, “we” and “us” mean that entity.

02What this policy covers

This policy covers the Concord website at concord.solutions. The address www.concord.solutions only redirects there.

Concord’s products have their own sites with their own terms. OpenSolve, at open-solve.com, is not covered by this policy. [whether towers.concord.solutions is covered here or by its own policy — placeholder]

03What the site does not do

The site is a set of pages to read. As it is built today, it does not collect anything from you on purpose:

  • No cookiesNothing is stored in your browser, including local storage.
  • No analyticsNo visitor statistics, tracking pixels or fingerprinting.
  • No forms or accountsNo sign-up, no login, no newsletter, no email capture.
  • No third parties in the pageNo ads, videos, maps or social widgets. Fonts and images come from our own server.

The pages run scripts for the menu, for the way sections appear as you scroll, and to load the next page from our own server when you follow a link. They send nothing to anyone else.

If any of this changes, for example if we add a contact form or visitor statistics, we will update this policy before the change goes live.

04When you visit

To send you a page, any web server has to receive some technical data from your browser. This happens with every website and cannot be switched off:

  • your IP address;
  • the date and time of the request;
  • the page or file requested;
  • your browser’s user agent (browser and operating system) and, if your browser sends it, the page you came from.

Our web server uses this data only to deliver the page and is configured not to keep a request log. Our hosting provider may still record connection data on its own systems: [hosting provider’s logging — placeholder: what is recorded, why, for how long].

05When you write to us

The site shows an email address, [contact email — placeholder]. If you write to it, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message.

We use this only to read and answer your message and to keep track of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone outside Concord except the email provider that delivers it: [email provider — placeholder].

06Legal bases

Data protection law applicable to Concord: [applicable data protection law — placeholder].

6.1Delivering the site

Technical request data (section 04): [legal basis — placeholder].

6.2Answering your email

Your messages (section 05): [legal basis — placeholder].

07Who else receives data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Two kinds of service providers handle it on our behalf:

  • Hosting: UltaHost [UltaHost’s legal name and address — placeholder], which runs the server the site is delivered from.
  • Email: [email provider — placeholder: name and address], which delivers and stores our email.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

08Where data is processed

The site’s server is located in Germany (Frankfurt am Main). Our email is stored in [email storage location — placeholder].

If data leaves [jurisdiction — placeholder], it is protected by [transfer safeguards — placeholder].

09How long data is kept

DataHow long
Technical request dataNot stored by our web server. Hosting provider: [retention — placeholder]
Emails you send us[retention period — placeholder], or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

11Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
  • have incorrect data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • receive your data in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, write to [contact email — placeholder]. Because the site collects so little, in practice this will mostly concern emails you have sent us.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: [supervisory authority — placeholder: name and website].

12Security

Every page is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. [further security measures — placeholder, if any]

13Changes to this policy

When the site changes in a way that affects your data, we update this page first and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
